Services. American Auto Detailing provides Interior Car Detailing, Exterior Car Detailing, Upholstery Cleaning, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to American Auto Detailing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. American Auto Detailing may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. American Auto Detailing makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, American Auto Detailing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold American Auto Detailing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. KY law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of KY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
